Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp basalmic vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 6oz mahi fillets
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp veg oil

Preparation

Step 1

In shallow dish, stir tog all through olive oil. Season fish with salt and pepper, cover and refridgerate 20 min to marinate. Heat oil in lg skillet over med high heat. Reserve marinade. Fry fish4-6 min each side, take out of pan. Pour marinade into skillet, heat over med heat until glazes, spoon over fish. (Can also use the marinade as a dressing for salad with lettuce, yellow peppers, red onion & broccoli)...
