Banana Bread

Not sure why, but this is the best banana bread I have ever made. One of the men I worked with used to bring this in almost every week.

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 c flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 c sugar
• 1/2 c oil
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 3 med bananas very ripe and mashed
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredient well. Put in 1 large or two small loaf pans that have been greased and then sugared. Bake 1 hour.
