  • 2 medium apples, chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
  • 4 x 2.5" square graham crackers

Step 1

Place apples in bowl and sprinkle with sugar and spices

Microwave for 1 minute, then take them our and stir. Microwave for another minute or until soft

Spread cream cheese on top of crackers; top with apples.
