Ingredients
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 cups spinach
- 8 slices turkey breast deli style
- Serve with fruit
Details
Cooking time 15mins
Preparation
Step 1
Add olive oil or spray pan over medium-high heat
Slice cheese into 4 1-ounce slices. Place cheese on bread. Add 1/2 cups spinach to each.
Place two slices of turkey on top of spinach. Cover with remaining bread slice.
Spray bread with cooking spray and place on pan. Cook each side until golden brow and cheese is melted.
