Ingredients
- 5 cups diced apples
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Put apples in ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Beat eggs, pour over apples, mix. Add sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and nuts, mix. Add oil, vanilla, and flour, mix.
Bake in 325° oven for one hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
