Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 med/2 large Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Mix sugar and eggs together. Add to cooled butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour batter into prepared 9x13 pan and bake at 300 for approx 1 hour. Be careful not to overbake as it will make brownies dry.
