Ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 ozs. coconut
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 1/2 cups chopped apple
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans

Step 1
Start with a Cold Oven!!
Grease and flour a 9 inch square pan. Mix dry ingredients. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 45 minutes to an hour.
Check for doneness with a toothpick after 45 minutes since ovens vary
