thin slices of pancetta
Pink Lady apple, peeled & cut into 16 wedges
oz Manchebo cheese, sliced ¼" thick & cut into 2 x ½" sticks
rosemary sprigs or toothpicks as skewers
Preheat grill pan. Arrange pancetta slices on work surface & place an apple wedge & cheese stick in center. Wrap pancetta around filling & secure with rosemary sprig or toothpick Grill skewers until pancetta is golden & crispy & cheese is melted, @ 5-6 min. Serve hot.
