Crunchy Salmon

  • 2 T. Honey Mustard
  • 4 4 oz. Salmon Fillets
  • 1 2 3/4-3 oz. can French Fried Onions



Step 1

Crush the FF Onions and place in flat small casserole dish.
Brush each Fillet with Honey Mustard and then press it into the Crushed FF Onion then lay it on a cookie sheet (with side rails), sprayed with Canola Oil.

Bake for 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.

1. Serve with Steamed Broccoli, Vegetable Salad with Mandarin Oranges with Sweet and Sour Dressing.

2. Call me, I'll be right over.............. OK, I tried. Love this dish.
