Ingredients

  • Frosting for this Cake:
  • 1 box White Cake with Pudding
  • 1 3 oz. Black Raspberry Jello
  • 1 C. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 C. Milk
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 C. Blackberries
  • 1 C. Flaked Coconut
  • 1 C. Pecans, Chopped
  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 1 # Powdered Sugar
  • 4-5 T. Milk
  • 1/2 C. Blackberries, Crushed
  • 1/2 C. Flaked Coconut
  • 1/2 C. Pecan, Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine Cake Mix, Jello, Oil and Milk. Mix well.

2. Add Eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.

3. Fold in Berries, Coconut and Pecans.

4. Pour into pans. Bake 25-30 minutes until done. Cool in pans 10 minutes, turn out.

TO MAKE FROSTING
1. Cream Butter, add Powdered Sugar and Milk.
2. Beat to desired consistency.
3. Stir in Berries, Coconut, and Pecans.
4. Spread over completely cooled Cake layers.
