Ingredients
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/8 cinnamon
- 1/8 nutmeg
- dash cayenne pepper
- 10 pieces bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Rub over bacon on both sides. Twist bacon; place on a rack in a 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan.
