Ingredients
- 2 bags of boil in bag brown rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small bag of frozen broccoli
- 1 or 2 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 8oz bag sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- black pepper to taste

Step 1
Boil rice according to package directions. Halfway through the cooking, toss in the broccoli to cook a bit. Drain when done.
Chopped the chicken into small pieces and cook with onion, peppers and spices.
Mix rice and broccoli mixture with chicken mixture. Stir in soups and half the bag of cheese. Spoon into 2 quart casserole and cover with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
