- 6 Granny Smith apples, sliced or cubed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg

Step 1
1. In a large heavy duty skillet, melt butter add apples evenly in pan,
sprinkle with lemon juice, then brown sugar and salt. Cover cook for 15
min. or until juicy and tender.
2. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm.
