CREAMY SPINACH ROLLUPS

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 small onion, diced
  • 1-10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 box of puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine egg and water and beat until well mixed.
Combine cream cheese, monterey jack cheese, garlic powder and onion in bowl and mix well.
Add spinach into cream cheese mixture and stir.
Unroll puff pasty and brush both sides with egg and water mixture.
Spread spinach mixture over one side of the puff pastry. Roll up pastry sheet and slice.
Place rolls on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
