Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound noodles 1 or 2 garlic cloves,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small onion,chopped 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms,halved 1 cup cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noddles in a large pot of boiling water well salted,until tender but still firm to bite.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion,mushrooms and garlic. Saute until tender. Stir in parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat.

Process cottage cheese,sour cream and salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Stir in mushroom mixture. Drain noddles. Transfer to a platter. Serve mushrooms over rice.
