Small Apple Pies

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 1 pie crust
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 apples, diced (24-30 slices)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 egg white, beaten
• 1-1/4 cups confectioner sugar
• 2 tablespoon milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, apples, salt, and spices. Roll out dough and cut in circles. Fill with apple pie filling.
