IN A MEDIUM POT OF BOILING WATER,COOK THE NOODLES STIRRING OFTEN UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 5 MIN DRAIN
IN A FOOD PROCESSOR FINELY CHOP GARLIC & GINGER
TRANSFER 1/2 MIXTURE TO A MEDIUMK BOWL STIR IN PORK AND 2 TBL SOY SAUCE IN A LARGE SKILLET HEAT THE OIL OVER MED HEAT ADD THE PORK MIXTURE AND COOK STIRRING FREQUENTLY UNTIL NO LONGER PINK ABOUT 2 MIN TRANSFER TO A BOWL USING THE SAME SKILLET ADD THE MUSHROOMS AND REMAINING GINGER GARLIC MIXTURE AND COOK STIRRING FREQUENTLY UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 6 MIN IN A SMALL BOWL WHISK REMAINING 1 TBL SOY SAUCE OYSTER SAUCE & CORN STARCH STIR IN 1/3 CUP WATER AND THE CHICKEN BROTH ADD THE MIXTURE TO THE MUSHROOMS AND SIMMER UNTIL THICKENED ADD THE MIXED VEGETABLES AND THE PORK & ANY JUICES COOK UNTIL HEATED THROUGH ADD THE NOODLES & TOSS
