Ingredients
- 2 tubes cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- 1 tap vanilla
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Oven 375, grease 8x8" square pan
2. Cut each raw cinnamon roll into 9th's
3. Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla
4. Melt butter in skillet, add brown sugar and apples. Stir and cook until apples soften
5. Place cinnamon roll pieces in prepare pan, top with egg mixture and spread apple mixture over top.
6. Drizzle icing over top of apples.
7. Bake for 25-30"
