Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 5 oz bamboo shoots (canned/drained)
- 8 oz chopped water chestnuts (canned/drained)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 Tbs. corn starch
- 4 Tbs. green onion
- 1 Cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbs. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbs. hot bean paste
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbs. granulated sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown pork in Wok, then drain meat
2. Add water chestnuts and bamboo
3. combine sauce ingredients
4. add to Wok
5. Bring to simmer
6. mix water and corn starch
7. remove wok from heat add corn starch
8. return to heat stir until thickened
9. add green onion
10. refrigerate until firm
