applesauce raisins muffins

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups oil
• 1 3/4 cups applesauce
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cups raisins

Preparation

Step 1

beat eggs lightly,add sugar,oil and applesauce.and beat thoroughly.add dry ingredients and beat till smooth.stir in raisins.
fill muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle brown sugar on the top.
bake at 375 for 15-20 min
