Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Of potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes until fork tender. Dice into 9x13 casserole. Melt margarine, blend in flour, stir in milk and chicken broth. Cook slowly, stirring until medium white sauce. Add cheeses and seasonings and stir until cheese is melted. Pour over the potatoes and bake for about 45 minutes, uncovered. May be made ahead and stored covered in refrigerator until baking. Serves 12.
