  • Pizza Dough
  • 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Cooked Bacon

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 425
2.Flour your surface so pizza dough doesn’t stick
3.Roll out pizza dough so the surface is even
4.Sprinkle pizza with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
5.In a separate bowl, crack two eggs, add 1/2 cup of milk, and whisk together
6.Pour egg mixture over pizza
7.Sprinkle on 1 cup of cheddar cheese
8.Cover with 1 cup of cooked bacon
9.Bake for 15 minutes
10.Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, hot sauce, ranch or other desired toppings and dips!
