  • 1 whole Arnold's Sandwich Thin, (Can use any bread that is 1 WW pt such as 2 slices of white wheat, or a reduced calorie hamburger bun)
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Hellmann's Dijonnaise
