Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 bag euro salad mix
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/3 c honey glazed almonds
- 1/2 - 2/3 c oil
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Slice mushrooms, sauté with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour dressing over salad before serving. Top with ½ c croutons.
