Irish Creme

A simple and delicious recipe for homemade Irish cream. Makes a great gift using nice bottles wrapped with a ribbon. Keeps for up to 4 weeks refrigerated.

Ingredients

• 1 cup brandy
• 3 eggs
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1 pint half/half
• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Step 1

Blend all together, keeps for 2 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
