  • 2 Lb Beef Stew Meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • Greek Seasoning
  • 1 C Baby Carrots
  • 1 8oz Jar Pearl Onions
  • 12 Small Red Potatoes, quartered
  • 2 Boxes of Beef Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Season meat while browning in large pot on stove. Pour boxes of beef broth in pot. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours. Add onions, potatoes, and carrots; simmer for another 30 minutes. In a small bowl whisk flour and water together until smooth, add to beef broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
