Ingredients
- 2 Lb Beef Stew Meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Greek Seasoning
- 1 C Baby Carrots
- 1 8oz Jar Pearl Onions
- 12 Small Red Potatoes, quartered
- 2 Boxes of Beef Broth

Preparation
Step 1
Season meat while browning in large pot on stove. Pour boxes of beef broth in pot. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours. Add onions, potatoes, and carrots; simmer for another 30 minutes. In a small bowl whisk flour and water together until smooth, add to beef broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
