Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes w/Italian seasonings
- minced garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 10-12 oz. noodles, cooked
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 cup mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and drain. Add garlic, tomatoes, seasonings, tomato paste and bay leaves. Simmer 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves.
Cook noodles and drain. Mix with onions and sour cream. Place noodle mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Top with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake covered with foil at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
