- confectioner's sugar
- kosher salt
- dill

Step 1
1. Mix together sugar and salt. Place on fish both sides with lots of dill on both sides.
2. Keep in refrigerator 3-4 days. Water will accumulate pour out. Then place in freezer when ready to eat slice very thin, keep the rest frozen.
