Ingredients

    (12 oz) bag medium (No. 41) egg noodles cooked and drained

  • 2

    tablespoons olive oil

  • 4

    cloves garlic minced

  • 1

    bell pepper chopped

  • 1

    medium onion chopped

  • 1

    stick butter

  • 3

    pounds shrimp 1/2 chopped fine

  • 1

    tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1

    tablespoon salt

  • 1/2

    tablespoon black pepper

  • 2

    tablespoons garlic powder

  • 1

    quart whipping cream

  • 1

    cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1

    (6 oz) Parmesan & Romano Cheese

  • 1

    small can sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    can pitted ripe black olives chopped coarse

Directions

In olive oil, saute onions, bell pepper, and garlic until wilted. Add mushrooms, butter, shrimp, and saute until shrimp are pink. Add whipping cream and return to slow bubble. Add Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Simmer for five minutes. Add cooked noodles and stir. Slowly add cheese and stir. Add olives (optional) and serve.
