oven bbq pork chops

Ingredients

• 6 chops 3/4 in. thick
• 1 tblsp. worcestershire sauce
• 2 tblsp. vinegar
• 2 tsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp.chili powder
• 1/2 tsp.paprika
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup hot water

Step 1

Place chops in heavy cast iron skillet.Combine remaining ingredients;pour over chops.Bake,uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
