  • 1/2 t rosemary, or 1 t fresh minced
  • 1 t salt optional
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 2 strip steaks about 1/4 lb each
  • 3 t olive oil

Step 1

Prepare grill or broiler. Mash rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Rub mix into meat and let sit for about 15 min. Grill meat 3 min per side for med rare meat; cook longer as desired.
