  • 1 Package of Boneless Chicken Breast or Boneless Chicken Fillet Strips
  • 1 Can Creme of Chicken Soup
  • Bread Crumbs (or corn meal)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with pam
3. If using boneless chicken, slice length-wise
4. Place chicken on bottom of the baking dish
5. In a small bowl, empty can of soup.
6. Fill the can half full with water and add this to the soup in the bowl - mix well
7. Pour soup mixture over the top of the chicken brests
8. Sprinkle bread crumbs or corn meal on top.
9. Cover with foil

Bake 350 degree oven for approximately 1-1/4 hours, checking periodically. If using chicken fillet strips then usually only need to bake for 1 hour.

Tastes good served with rice
