- Salmon fillets
- Fillo dough
- Fresh dill
- Old bay seafood seasoning
- butter-flavored cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Take a piece of skinned salmon fillet and cut into 1 inch strips across the fillet. Take a sheet of Fillo (thawed) and spray with a little Pam or spray oil on the surface of the sheet of Fillo. Season the salmon with a little dill or a sprinkle of “Old Bay” seasoning or just some salt and pepper.
Place the fillet strip on the Fillo and wrap it by folding the sides in and rolling the strip like a fish stick!
Spray the “stick” with a little more spray oil. Place on cookie sheet.
Place in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
