Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

  • 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. As it heats, combine the flour and Greek yogurt.

Sprinkle a little extra flour on the tabletop or whatever surface you plan on using to knead the dough. Place the dough ball on top, kneading it with your hands. If it sticks to your hands, sprinkle a little extra flour on it. Knead it for about 8-10 minutes, until it's a pliable dough (it'll feel kind of like Play Doh, but with the stretch of Silly Putty).

Spread the dough out on a parchment-lined baking sheet, until it's about 1/4-inch thick, then cover with marinara, cheese and the toppings of your choice.

Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust has puffed up and is lightly golden and all of the cheese has melted.
