Sweet and Spicy Salmon

Ingredients

• 2 T hot sauce
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 4 5 oz center cut salmon pieces, pat dry

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle S&P and brush salmon with sauce, cook 2-3 mins, flip and brush with remaining ingredients, cook salmon 10 mins. more.
