Ingredients

  • 6 ounces peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 slices white toast
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

In processor, pulse first 6 ingredients to chunky paste. Season; spread on toast. In skillet, heat oil over medium. Add toasts, paste side down. Fry until cooked through, 3 minutes. Quarter; sprinkle with seeds.
