Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 Tbs prepared barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 1 Tbs prepared mustard
- 1 Tbs Crosse & Blackwell® Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 hamburger buns

Step 1
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain.
Add chopped celery, chopped onion, and chopped green bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the onion is tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, prepared barbecue sauce, vinegar, prepared mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour. Serve on hamburger buns.
