Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Dr. Pepper, about 1 liter (enough to cover roast)
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together the sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over tenderloin.
2. Pour Dr. Pepper into crockpot and put tenderloin in.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
4. When roast is almost done, mix glaze ingredients in small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened, about 4 minutes.
5. When roast is cooked through, remove from crockpot and place on aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Brush on some of the glaze and cook under broiler for 1-2 minutes. Repeat process 2-3 times until desired crust is achieved.
6. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
