- 3 cups grated cheddar
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika plus more for serving
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
