  • 12 ounces salmon filets (about 2 fillets)
  • 1 ⁄4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ⁄8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Then in a small bowl mix together all ingredients for sauce (soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper). Next, place the salmon filets in a small baking dish, and pour the marinade over the filets. Bake for about 25 minutes or until salmon is flaky.

Note: For an even more intense flavor you can double the sauce recipe!
