Easy Baked Salmon
This Easy Baked Salmon definitely lives up to its reputation. It is incredibly “EASY” and may even be the simplest recipe you will ever make. You don’t have to be any kind of culinary expert to put this delicious salmon dinner on your table. To make this salmon recipe you literally only need 5 minutes of prep time. At the end of your meal you will probably find yourself wondering how something so simple could be so incredibly delicious and healthy at the same time. This salmon is packed with flavor and could very easily become a family favorite on your dinner schedule.
- 12 ounces salmon filets (about 2 fillets)
- 1 ⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Then in a small bowl mix together all ingredients for sauce (soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper). Next, place the salmon filets in a small baking dish, and pour the marinade over the filets. Bake for about 25 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
Note: For an even more intense flavor you can double the sauce recipe!
