Chocolate Pecan Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Softened Butter or Margarine
- 3 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 Bananas – sliced
- 1/2 Cup Toasted Chopped Pecans
- 2 (1 oz.) Squares of Semisweet Chocolate
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- 3 Tbs. Powdered Sugar
- 6 oz. Pineapple Juice
- Baked Pie Shell

Preparation
Step 1
Beat Butter and Cream Cheese at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add 1 ½ Cups powdered Sugar, alternating with ¼ Cup Whipping Cream, beginning and ending with Powdered Sugar. Stir in Vanilla and set aside.
Toss Banana’s in Pineapple Juice – Pat Slices dry on paper towel.
Spoon ½ of filling into baked pie shell. Arrange banana slices over top of filling. Top with remaining filling and sprinkle with pecans. Set Pie aside.
Melt Chocolate in heavy sauce pan over low heat. Drizzle over pecans and filling on pie.
Beat one Cup Whipping Cream at low speed until foamy; gradually add 3 Tbs. Powdered Sugar, beat until peaks form. Pipe dollops around pie including the edges.
