Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. or 10 medium Potatoes (boil and dice)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 lb. Crisp Bacon –save drippings
  • 3 hard boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine: 2/3 Cup Water 1/3 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tbs. Flour 2 Tbs. Sugar

Fry bacon crisp, combine water, vinegar, flour, and sugar. Add to bacon and drippings. Stir constantly. When thick, add potatoes, salt, pepper, and boiled eggs.
