Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

This recipe is one of my very first that I collected. This is from my friend Ann, who I used to teach school with when I first got married. This is delicious! Alex used to eat it by the spoonfuls when she was about 2 years old! That was before she discovered "white" bread at Cara's house!

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large bunch of broccoli florets
- sharp cheddar cheese, sliced thick
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Layer the bottom of the unbaked pie crust with the slices of the cheddar cheese.
Mix together the eggs, milk, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the broccoli and onions.
Pour mixture into the pie crust ad bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the quiche comes out clean.
