Ingredients
- 1 pkge. (20 ozs.) Butterball Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1 pkge. (1.25 ozs.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (14.5 ozs.) petite diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 9 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 cups (about 4 ozs.) tortilla chips
- Shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, sliced ripe olives (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles, cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomatoes and corn. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place about 1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce on each serving plate. Top with equal amounts of meat mixture. Arrange tortilla chips around lettuce. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, onion and olives.
