Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves. minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 lbs. uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over med. heat, saute garlic in butter for 1 min. Add shrimp; cook for 4-5 min. or until pink. Using slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to a greased 11"x7" baking dish. set aside and keep warm
Add wine to the skillet; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 5 min. or until sauce is reduced. Pour over shrimp; top with cheese and parsley.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 min. or until cheese is melted
