Ingredients

  • 2 Pkg. (1.9 oz. each) Frozen Miniature Phylio Tart Shells
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Can (6 oz.) Lump Crab Meat, drained
  • 2 Tbs. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs. Green Onion, chopped
  • Thinly Sliced Green Onions, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place tart shells in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. In a small bowl, whisk egg, milk, mayonnaise, flour and salt until smooth. Stir in crab, cheese and chopped onions. Spoon into tart shells. Bake 9-11 minutes or until set. Garnish with sliced onions, if desired. Serve warm.
