Crab Meat Salad

  • 6 ounces can crab meat
  • 1/4 cup fine cut celery
  • 2 tablespoons fine cut green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon pimiento, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 hard-cooked egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Step 1

Flake crab meat; add celery, green pepper, pimiento, salt, pepper, and sliced hard-cooked egg. Last, add mayonnaise, and blend well.
Lobster or shrimp may be substituted for crab meat.
Serve on lettuce cups with Thousand Island or French dressing, seperately.
