Ingredients
- 48 lrg fresh mushrooms
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled (or crabmeat)
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 TBS butter, melted
- 2 TBS finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp spicy brown or horseradish mustard
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or seafood seasoning)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
1) Remove mushroom stems (discard or save for another use); set caps aside. In a lrg bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stuff into the mushroom caps.
2) Place in two greased 13x9 inch baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees F for 16 - 20 mins or until heated through.
