Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup uncooked couscous
- 1 cup chopped honey-baked ham
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (15.25-ounce) can no-salt-added whole-kernel corn drained
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Step 1
Bring 1 3/4 cups water and basil to a boil in a medium saucepan, and stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Combine couscous, ham, green onions, cheese, and corn in a bowl; set aside.
Combine 3 tablespoons water and remaining ingredients; stir well with whisk. Pour dressing over couscous mixture, tossing gently to coat.
Serving Size: 1 1/4 cups
